Changes and Product Returns
Any product returns are accepted only if :
- The product is in its original condition with its tabs.
- Product packaging has not been opened or unsealed.
- The product is not soiled or damaged.
Contact our online store at 231 025 1660 if the product has not been used and is accompanied by all the necessary documents, proving the transaction so that you can return it, provided that the above conditions are met. Changes to be made must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. The customer assumes the return costs, returning the product to its original state. After thoroughly examining the product and finding that the return conditions mentioned above have been met, we will come to an agreement with you, so that another product can be sent to you or the value of the product will be returned to you. Shipping costs and / or cash on delivery costs are non-refundable. Return the wrong product.
In case the product delivered to you is incorrect (ie not the product of your order) or is defective, you can contact our online store within 3 days from the date receipt, at 231 025 1660, in order to schedule the receipt of the wrong product with costs that will be charged to us and to agree on the delivery of the correct product you have ordered (including shipping costs).
